Consolidate the liws relating to the Ha
waiian Postal Sayings Hank," appioved on
the "til day of September, 1M)J, and on that
day taking elhct, the Minister of Finance

Hawaiian Government, to be styled the
"Postal Savings Hank Loan," to be icsiied
only to depositors in the Hawaiian Po-tal
Savings Hank who may apply for the same.
The "Postal Savings Hank Loan" bonds
are redeemable in not let-s than live nor
more than twenti years, at thu option of
the Minister of Finance, and bear interest
at tho rate of (i per cent, per annuiiij'tO bo
paid semi-annually, interest and principal
