Consolidate the Iiws relating to the Ha
waiian Postal Savings Hank," approved on
the 7th day of September, 1MJ2, and on that
day taking ell'ect, the Minister of Finance
is authorized to Issue Coupon Bonds of tho
Hawaiian Government, to lie styled the
"Postal Savings Hank Loan," to be issued
only to depositor in the. Hawaiian Postal
Savings Hank who may apply for the same.
Tho "Postal Savings Hank Loan" bonds
are lcdeomaMo in not K than live nor
more than twenty years, at the option of
the Minister of Finance, and bear interest
at tho rate of 0 per cent, per annum, to bo
paid semi-annually, interest and principal
payable in Gold Coin of the United States
of America or its equivalent.
Any depositor with nn aggregate amount
to his credit in the Savings Haul:, of not
less than Two Hundred Dollars ($20O) in
Gold Coin of the United States of America,
which shall have been on deposit ut lea-t
three months, is entitled, on application, to

ing tho Dredger when necessary.
