waiian Postal Savings Rank," approved on

is authorized to issue Coupon Rouds of tho
Hawaiian Government, to bo styled the
"Postal Savings Rank Loan," tube Issued
only to depositors hi tho Hawaiian Postal
Savings Rank who may apply for the same.
The "l'ostiil Savings Hank Loan" bonds
arc redeemable in not less than llvo nor
more than twenty years, at the option of
the Minister of Finance, and bear interest
at the rate of 0 per cent, per annum, to be
paid t-emi-aiiuually, interest and principal
payable in Gold Coin of the United States
of America or its equivalent.
Any depositor with an aggregate amount
to his credit in the Savings Rank-, of not
