Savings Hank deposits is fixed as follows:
On amounts under and up to Five Hun
dred Dollars ($500), In Hold Coin of the
United States of America, In any one ac
count, already on deposit in tho Hawaiian
Postal Savings Hank on September IW, 1H02,
interest will bo payable from October 1,
18!)J, forward until further notice, at the
rate of (1 per cent, per annum, in Gold Coin
of the United States ol Amorica.

the 7th day of September, 1MM, and on thut
day taking elleot, the Minister of Finance
is authorized to issue Coupon Bonds of the
Hawaiian Government, to lie styled the
"Postal Savings Hank Loan," to be issued
only to depositors in the Hawaiian Postal
Savings Hank who may apply for the same.

aro redeemable in not less than live nor
more than twenty yoars,"at the option of
tho Minister of Finance, and bear interest
nt tho rate of ( per cent, per annum, to bo
paid semi-annually, interest mid principal
payable in Gold Coin of the United States
of America or its equivalent.
Any depositor with an aggregate amount
tohiscicdit in tho Savings Hank, of not
less than Two Hundred Dollars (f-'OO) in
Gold Coin of tho United States of America,
which shall linvo been on deposit at least
three months, is entitled, on application, to
an issue of "Postal Savings Hank Loun"
