Consolidate the Laws relating to tho Ha
waiian Postal Savings Bank," approved on
the 7th day of September, lb!2, nnd on that

is nutflorized to issmi Coupon Bonds of thu
Hawaiian Government, to bu styled the
"Postal Savings Bunk Loan," to be issued
only to depositors in the Hawaiian Postal
Savings Hank who may apply for the; same.
The "Postal Savings Bank Loan" bonds
are redeemable in not less than llvo nor
more than twenty jcars, at thu option of
thu Minister of Finance, and bear interest
at the ratu of 0 per cent, per annum, to be
paid semi-annually, interest and principal
pajnblc in Gold Coin of tlio United States
of Amciica or its ciuivalent.
Any depositor with an aggregate amount
tohisciedit in tlio Savings Bunk, of not
less than Two Hundred Dollars ($200) in
Gold Coin of thu United States of America,
which shall have been on deposit nt leat
threo mouths, is entitled, on application, to
