A letter received in London from
a navul oliieer gives this interesting
aecotint of Lord Charles Ueresford's
farewell lo the Mediterranean fleet:

ing iu succession, manning ship and
rigging, and cheering the Undaunt
ed heartily while pnsiug, tho Un
daunted returning themheers as each
( ship finished. It xvui a beautiful
sight, anil most impnsie, and was
a very gieat compliment to tho ship.
It was a pleasant ami happy ending
to a most brilliant and successful
commission," Tho Undaunted, with
Captain Lord Charles lieiesford, was
expected to reach Dovonport shortly.
