Times an editorial paragraph advo
cates enforcing vaccination in Mil
waukee. Dr. Charles P. Ely of this
city says: " don't beliovo in vaccina
tion a little bit. I boliovo that many
and terrible diseases are introduced
by this moans nud that it is not a
preventive of smallpox. 1 was once
connected with a smallpox hospital

two nurses were not vaccinated and
not ono of them took the disease.
