by one "Kalawao," containing false
statement ami accusing me of evi-
' dent partiality, without showing

less it is that it grieves "Kalawao"
that 1 have said, in my report, a few
words of well deserved praise, iu
favor of Mr. Dnttoti. who, as "Kala-
wao" states, is a gentleman whom he j
highly esteems. '
In reference to the inmates of the I
