Bowler again on Thursday, Jan. 3, at

much; he wanted to see witness at
his house that evening; Bowler said
that the uprising had been set for
1 o'clock Friday morning; witness

town again aud was walking about
ou King street iu the rear of the

spread that the natives had been
surprised by the police; went home

that it was a failure; Joe was to be
one of those to go with witness.
