in; wonderful record of tho working of tho NATIONAL CANE SHRED
DKR, which wan erected by their work at the commencement of tho crop
just harvested :
"During tho past week tho Hilo Sugar Company's mill exceeded any of
its former records by closing tho 125 hours grinding with an output of 300
tons. This is fully 10 percent moro than the best work of former years.
"Tho three roller mill being 20 in. by 54 in. and the two roller mill 30 in.

and with great ease, compared with work on wholo cane, owing to thorough
preparation of the cano by tho National Cane Shredder, recently erected by
