Mrs. Frank Godfrey desires this
papor to omphatically contradict
the insinuation published in tho
Advertisor to tho effect that her
husband ontorod as a pationt at
tho chdora hospital merely to

Sho says that Mr. Godfrey was
taken violently ill with the usual
promonitory symptoms of cholera,
and took a doso of ono of tho re
commended cholera spocifics
without obtaining much if any re
lief. Ho then cilled in Dr. Mur
ray and alter being treated by him,
and still not gotting rid of the
alarming symptoms, ho thought
best to go to tho hospital. Mrs.
Godfrey was informed by one of
the medical attendants this morn
ing that her husband had beon
deolared not a cholora subject,
his ailmont being a bad form of
diarrhoea. He was well on tho
way to recovery.
