tion or extenuation of law, did
kill and murder ono Shik Yok,
and did then and thero commit
tho crimo of muiilor in the
first degrco and did mado on as
sault with a cortain knife on tho
said Sink Lok, and did then and
thero striko, stib and wound tlio
said ShikLok, then nnd thoroaud
thoroby giving to tho paid Sliik
Lok certain mortal wounds, of
which the Baid Sink Lok died on
the 11th day of Novemb-r. 1895."
