and interest of bonds, which shall
be sold, as needed, to complete
tho waterway. Tho United States
is protected in its liability by tho
issuo of 100,000,000 of stock.
Ton of tho fifteen Directors shall
represent tho Government, tho
remaining fivo representing tho
company and tho ropublics of
Nicaragua and Costa Itica. All
tho bonds will bear interest at 3
