Montcte, In the harbor at Seattle, has had
libel proceedings commenced against her by
the Unltid States to recocr $8000 damages
alleged to have been done to tho man-of-war.
She was seized by a Deputy Marshal but re
leased on her charterers tiling a bond for
J0OUO In tho Federal Court.
