William Kahau paid S5 for tho
privilogo of assaulting and batter

Kaniwi and Kahananui wore
fined S5 each and costs for making
a disordorly'noiso in tho city of
Honolulu after tho hour of Bunset.
Iwasaki pleaded guilty of driv
ing a loaded dray faster than a
walk, contrary to tho statutes in
such cases mado and provided,
and. was fined a dollar and costs.
Four out of a batch of oight
Chinese gamblers were fined $10
and costs and tho rest got off.
Ah Chow, charged with vagran
cy, pleaded not guilty and will be
