but women no longer bear tho burden
of yards of horsehair or its like. Tho

materials aro rundo wider than those of
cloth, hut their cut and make up is such
as to give a clinging effect.

least possible fullness, trimmed at ono
sido with a kilted frill and having rucked

braids, laces and insertions and plaited
