sary repairs or reconstruction or
else surrender the insurance to the
lessor.
"Section 4. Every suoh lease
shall also contain a covonant on tho
part of the lessor, that upon the
request in writing by the losseoor
hi representatives, before tho ex
piration thereof, tho premises with
tho improvements, shall, if nil of
tho conditions to bo performed by
the Iohboo havo beeu satisfactorily
performed, bo put up at miction
for a lease for a terra of not over
twenty yeaia; unions trnid promises
