Whereas It appears from the libel and
complaint of Theo. H. Davles and Com
pany Limited, tiled in tlie Circuit Court
of the First Circuit, Republic of Hawaii,
sitting in Admiralty against tlie steam
ship "City of Columbia," now at tlie
port of Honolulu, Island of O.ihu, said
Republic, whereof one V. S. Mllnor is, or
was lately master, her boilers, engines,
macli.nery, boats, tackle, apparel, furniture,
etc. In a cause of bottomry civil and mari
time, that said Theo. H. Davles and Com
pany Limited have a claim against said
steamship upon a bottomry bond given to
secure tlie sum of S5.686.76 which Is due
and owing to said Theo. H. Davies and
Company Limited; and
Whereas, the Honorable A. Perry, First
Judge of the Circuit Court aforesaid, has
authorized process of attachment to issue
as prayeJ for In said libel and complaint of
