a power of sale and other powers contained
in a certain mortgage deed, dated the 7th
day of December, A. D. 1891, made by
Henry Bissen to The Pioneer Building and
Loan Association of Hawaii, recorded in the
Register Office, Oahu,'ln Liber. 129 on
Pages 384, 385, 386 and 387.
The said Pioneer Building and Loan As
sociation of Hawaii Intendsto foreclose said
mortgage for breach of condition in said
mortgage contained, to-wit, nonpayment of
Interests and premiums when due.
Notice Is also hereby given that after
the expiration of three weeks from the date
of this notice the property conveyed and
covered by said mortgage will be adver
