bailed out by him and Leo Lau
ol limed the former used profane
language. It was on this charge
that Oho Sau was arrested.
After tho whole story had been
told nnd many legal points dis
cussed, Judge Wilcox narrowed
tho whole matter down to whether
or no the defendant used profane
language. Tliero were too many
witnesses against him and Judgo
Wilcox, finding Oho Sau guilty,
fined him S2 and coats. Ohilljng
