and from fore and hind quartermeats propor
tionately, Includingall the best cuts thereof,
Fresh Mutton shall be of good and
marketable quality, from wethers over one,
and under three years old. Beef and mut
tun to be dressed, and delivered as described
In circular instructions. Proposals will
also be received stating price at which bid

of temperature not greater than 50 degrees
