Senate Committee on Foreign Re
lations today agreod to report
favorably a treaty between Great
Britain and the United States,
sent to the Senato yosterday by
the President. Tho treaty regulates
tho descent of tho property of citi
zens of this country who die in
Great Britain and of British citi
zens who die in tho United States.
It provides that property in such
caBos shall bo disposed of as if tho
person deceased should dio in his
own country, and gives adminis
trators, executors, etc., throe years
in which to eottle estates.
