The Zoalandia and Fuebla felt
San Francisco with the Ninth In
fantry. The Hancock will take
the 21st Infantry; tho Warron,
eicbt batteries of tho Sixth Artil
lery and recruits; and the Morgau
City, six companies of tho Thir
teenth Infantry. Thoso sliips
will salt from San Francisco by
April 15.
The Ohio and tho Senator are
now on their way back from Ma
nila and will arrive at San Fran
cisco by April 30. Tho Ohio will
immediately Bail with tho remain
dor of the Thirteenth Infantry and
tho Senator will convoy twenty
ofliuers and 2S0 tnon of tho Sixth
Infantry and recruits.

In tho Polioo Oourt yesterday
forenoon a new attorney succeed
ed- in "barking up the wrong
tree," Ho walked into tho Court
room nnd seated himsolf noar tbo
prosecuting officer. Without an
nouncing his intentions, ho began
tho work of assisting tho proso
cutiou in a case.
Tho attorney had not been in
troduced to the Court and Judgo
Wilcox naturally asked some
pertinent questions. Ho found
that tho attorney had not oven ob
tained permission from tho pro
Becution to nsaist in tho caso.
When Judgo Wilcox had ssked a
fow questions, tho attorney broke
out with, "Do you think I carry
my license about, pasted on my
buck. It is your business to find
out about new attorneys that como
into this Court."

and then tho Judgo spoke. "We
hnvo no tiino to wasto with vou.
Mr. Officer, remove that man out

say, tho attorney went out.
