THE BREW Of OLYMPUS.
THE "HOFFMAN," comer of Hotel
and Nuuanu streets, claims to be the
'Banner" resort for gentlemen and holds
the flag. L. H. Dee, the proprietor, has
attained success In his line, by specially
supervising everything connected with his
establishment. He now Introduces to his
patrons "Olvmpla Reer." This brew Is
from the "Cnpital Brewing Co." of
Olympla, the capital of the State of
Washington, and was received by the
"Garonne." Mr. Schmidt, the leading
spirit of this corporation Is a practical
Chemist and Brewer, and after years of
search and Investigation located his plant
at Olympla, on account of the peculiar vir
tues of the water of the Turn Falls, a
stream that is noted for Its distinctive qua
lltles of clearness, coldness and lack of
mineral and decaying vegetable Impurities.
Pure beer can only be made with pure
water, and Turn water Is traditional In
Washington with the Indians and original
white settlers. The "Olympla Draught"
Is under the special control and agency of
Mr. Dee and he Invites his patrons and
friends to a personal test and is willing to
abide by their judgment on the merits of
his latest venture.

In the spring the birds are singing
As they build their summer home,
Blades of grass and buds are springing,
O'er the mead the cattle roam.
In the spring your blood Is freighted
With the germs that cause disease,
Humors, boils, are designated
Signals warning you of these.
In the spring that tired feeling
Makes you every duty shirk,
Makes you feel like be?ging, stealing,
Rather than engage In work.
But there's something known that will a
Man to health and vigor lead.
You will find Hood's Sarsaparilla
Just exactly s hat you need.
