Works, on the 1st day of July, 1800.
All such rates remaining unpaid for 15
days after they are due will be subject to
an additional 10 per cent.
All privileges upon Which rates remain
unpaid August 15th, 1800, (30 days after
becoming delinquent) are liable to suspen
sion without further notice.
