ing Dec. 31st, 1899, will be due and paya
ble at the office of the Honolulu Water
Works, on the 1st day of July, 1899.
All such rates remaining unpaid for 15
days after they are due will be subject lo
an additional 10 per cent.
All nrivileues upon which rates remain
unpaid August 15th. 1899, (10 days after
becoming delinquent) are liable to suspen
sion without further notice.
