of Puna, Island of Hawaii, Hawaiian Isl

numbered lots enumerated In the schedule
hereunto attached, as said lots appear on
the map of said Olaa Tract of land, are
now each occupied and in the possession
of actual settlers, claiming under right,
and that every one who parchases any orter
of said lots enumerated In the said schedule.

at the Court House door, at Hllo, Hawaii,
on the 2nd day of September,- 1899, or at
any other sale from the Hawaiian Govern

fact that at the time of such pretended sale

erting every lawful means to obtain title
