"It is ordered, adjudged and de
creed that II. F. Dillingham do stand
charged In respect to Said 10,000 shares
of tho capital stock of the Walalua Agl
cultural Company as a trustco for tho
benefit of persons to whom said shares
woro sold by plaintiffs; and that tho
Walalua Agricultural Company by its
appropriate officers shall issuo certi
ficates for said stock to tho persons to
whom said stock wns sold by said com
plainants. It having been mado to ap
pear to tho court that complainants
nro willing to accept from said Dill
ingham G5,000 in full of all claims and
