steamer KINAU will sail trom Honolulu
on Tuesdays at 12 o'clock noon, Instead
of at 1 o'clock p. m., for Kaunakakal,
Lahalna, Maalaea Bay, Klhel, MaUena,
Kawalhae, Mahukona, Laupahochce, and
Returning, will sail from Hllo on Fri
days at 2 p. m. for above named potts,
arriving at Honolulu on Saturdays.
Passengers and freight will be taken, for
Makena, Mahukona, Kawalhae, Hllo, Hu-
kalau, Honomu, Papalkou, and Pepeekeo.

sioners of Education yesterday after
noon, lasting about an hour, Minister

the Hack Stand No. 4, located on the ma
kal side of Hotel street opposite to the en
tra'ceof the Hawaiian Hotel, Is heieby
abolished. AND ALSO
That Rule 24 of the Hack Regulations
which was revoked September 37th last
Is hereby re-enacteJ and amended so as to
read as follows:
"Rule 24. If any licensed Vehicle shall
be'foundstandfngln any place but on the
appointed stand, the driver shall be liable
to arrest by any police officer, unless said
driver shall be under engagement. Noth
ing In this regulation however, shall be
construed to conflict with Regulations o,
10 and 11.
