easily conceive that tin old ship could

weather. Tho Robert Lowers fortu
nately is a good strong vessel nnd wo
felt no uneasiness on that score. Since
November 30th tho wind with tho ex
ception of two days lias been from n

to S.W., nnd many days partly calm.

only occasions when tho wind got to
