Mrs, Ellen Crosby has had n narrow
escape from being burled nllve in

that her mother had called to her In
her sleep, saying: "Mary, don't let
them bury me nllve."
Tho undertaker compiled with the
laughter's request, saying it was but
n dream, hut the daughter stoutly
claimed the contrary nnd would not 1m
denied. Nearly eight hours passed,
when Mrs. Crosby slowly opened her
eyes nnd looked nt her daughter, who
had remained by her bedside, constant
