LIGHT WISDOM
Let us tell you something about Elec-
iric incandescent Lamps, remaps you
have noticed that your bill for electric
lighting lias varied peculiarly from month
to month. When It Is large you say bad
words about vour meter and vou think
that the Light Company is cheating you.
The Company Is not cheatlne you YOU
AR6 CHEATING YOURSELF. A lamp
which has lived Its normal number of
ampere hours, though It may not be dead,
consumes nearly twice as much current
as when It Is first used. If when vour
lamps show signs of having burned too
long you would take them out and pur
chase new lamps you would find that the
saving In your monthly bill would more
than compensate for the price of the new
lamps.
