Shipment of coods to the other Islands
may be made under the following condi
tions and restr'ctlons:

wharves shall be kept as quarantine
wharves.
2d. GooJs of American and European
production or manufacture may be shipped
If In original, unbroken and tight wood or
metal containers; said containers to b: sub
jected to dl!nfect!on bv add solution at
said wharves.
3d. Goods of American and European
production or m?nufacture In original
packages other than, those specified In
paragraph 2, or In repacked cotalners,
provided such containers have openings
left equal toonetlghth the suriace, may
be taken to the Pacific Mall S. S. Co.'s
dock for fumigation by sulphur for twelve
hours.
4th. Sugar bags and twine after sub
ectlonto a temperature of 230 degrees In
hot air chamber-, for a period of ope hour.
5th. Drugs and medicines after wash
ing or spraying of cases. '
6th. Machlneiv and corrueated, Iron.
after add disinfection.
7th. Coin, which must have been boil
ed, after add disinfection of container.
8th. Rice, Hawaiian or American, after
fumigation by hot air, or If prepared direct
from paddy under supervls on of an agent
of the Board of Health at Hopper's rice
mill, packed In new sacks and delivered
in covered drays direct to the wharf, with
out further treatment.
9th. Leather In rolls and belting, after
fumigation by sulphur.
10th Flnur, 'eed, fodder, grain, beans,
fresh vecetables and fruits from new
quarantine wharf or from clean vessels In
the harbor only.
ith. Hawaiian coffee, after treatment
with hot air.
12th. Coal, In bulk or bags, brick,
lime, cerm-nt, fire-clay and add fertilizers
without treatment.
nth. Lumber, to be thorouchlv wet

cises to be dscharged Into the water at
point of destination.
I4th. A charge for disinfecting and
furr (gating as Indicated may be made by
the transportation companies.
15th. No responsibility Is assumed for

ing mendment to the District whefethe
Sanitary Regulations of the Board of
Health shall apply was adopted:
"The Sar.'tary Regulatltns of the Board
of Health shall apply to, and be in force
within, that portion of the DUtrict of Ho
nolulu included within a radius of five
miles from the Executive Building."
