Section 8 was amended by adding the words "unless tho sides nnd bot tom nro cemented and mado water tight," so that said section shall read as follows: "Section 8 No privy vault, sink or cesspool, In Honolulu shall hereafter bo located or constructed within fifty foot of any stream, lake, pond, well or spring of water, unless tho sides and bottom nro cemented and mado water tight, nor within two feet ot tho lino of any lot; nor shan It bo mado more than eighteen or less thnu six feet deep or placed in such a position that It lb not easily acccsslblo for emptying and cleaning." Section 19 was amended by adding tho words "sinks and bath tubs" after "urinals" and the following sentence to said section: "Wnsto water from sinks, bath tubs, places whero wash ing is done or water closots shall not be nllowcd to discharge Into .my stream, lake, pond or ditch," so that said section shall read: "Section 19 All connections to cess pools or privy vaults shall bo made with caBt Iron, lead or vitrified sewer pipe. All uinlnls, sinks and bath tubs shall bo connected to cesspools, vaults or sower by trapped wasto pipes. Waste water from sinks, bath tubs, places whero washing Is done or water olosots shall not bo allowed to dlscnargo into any stream, lake, pond or ditch." And tho following regulation regard ing tho manufacture ot pol in tho city ot Honolulu be added and mado sec tion 30 of tho Sanitary Regulations of tho Board, viz.: "Section 30 Each and tery build Ing where pol Is manufactured by man ual labor shall be laid with cement floors, with gutters leading into a tmp drain connected with a cesspool or tho sewer system when completed."
