Tho Garonno Is owned by tho Frank
Wnterhouse Company. Mr. Wuter
hoiiso, the head of the corporation, ar
rived yesterday from Washington,
whero he went to obtain admission of
the Garonno to American registry. Tho

tion to refuso to admit foreign built
