court then adjourned out of respect to
tho memory of tho deceased.
The petition of David P. Eldrodge,
administrator ot the estate of B. Ka
hopuoku, of Knmchamc, Kuln, Maul,
for approval of accounts and asking for
his discharge, was heard before Judge
J. V. Kalua last Thursday. Tho ad
ministrator reported Hint ho had col
lected 1435.11 and had paid out claims
of $435.11. Tho clerk as master, report
ed favorably on tho report, which was
approved nnd the dlschnrge of the ad
ministrator wns ordered. The re
mainder of tho cstato descends to Ka
hula, adopted daughter of tho deceased.
