Sec. 3. Plans of House Plumbing to
He Filed, provides for such filing with
the Inspector of Plumbing.
Sec. -I. Disposal of Plans, passed with
Sec. C. Defective Work, requires that
defective wont shall be corrected to the
satisfaction of the Inspector.
Sec. C. Access to Huildlngs, gives the
Inspector tho light of access to build
ings at proper hours.
Sec. 7. Previous Plumbing, provides
to extend the time for full compliance
with these rules, In the cases of build
ings having plumbing and drainage
fixtures In use when these rules tnUo
effect, If the Hoard Is satisfied the work
cannot bo done earlier. Deferred un
til other sections were considered.
Sec. 8. House Sower, dcllncs tlio term

ter fouled by domestic use. No steam
exhaust or rain water lends or surface
drain shall bo connected with any sow
er or with any drain that connects
with any sower."
