has been moro than a year pursuing
this consummation.

conservative value of $5000 an aero.
Tho tract lies In tho anplo of King
street and Wnlklkl road, adjoining
John A. Cummins' homestead nud tho
Sunny South premises townwurd.
All of the leasehold Interests that
havo been held by Chinamen at a
nominal rentnl for about twenty years
aro to bo assigned to a corporation to
bo formed by tho promoter, Mr. Pails.
Tho balance of tho purchase price to be
nasumed by the corporation Is on terms
without limit of time at a low rate ot
