W. J. Ottman, proprietor of Ocean

last night on the charge of selling
liquor without a license. Ottman ob
jected, showing a license Issued by
the Internal Revenue olllco but, of
course, such a license did not give htm
tho right to sell liquor. A number of
well known young men were In tho re

by Deputy Sheriff Clillllngworth.
The first class In practical horticul
ture, under Mr. Sedgwick, was beguu

school. A class In natlte mat weaving,
under the direction of Mrs. Maria Ka
li ca was also begun. Theie are now the
following classes organized and at ac
tual work in the summer school: Meth
ods, geography, history, English liter
ature, elementary work In English

board illustration, wood working, and
