two charges ot profanity and affray. The
latter charge was brought by the High
Sheriff while the former was brought by
each against the other. Ayres moved
that he be discharged on the charge of
affray because the summons was faulty In
that' It gave place where the affray was
alleged to have occurred, as King street.
The motion was overruled and all the
cases were set for Wedneiday mo-nlng.
