Screeds of sufficient stiffness must bo
used to preserve a true and straight
edge the width of tho walk. Concrete
blocks shall be put In alternating, and
each block finished with top coat im
mediately so that a good and sufficient
bond may bo had between them. In
termediate blocks shall not be put In
for nt least twelve hours after finish
ing tho first blocks.
Whenever driveway occurs, the art!

the surface shall be finished with suffi
cient longitudinal grooves or corruga
tions to provide n safe foothold for
