Tho stenographer shall make and
furnish tho transcript In the order of

by a Justice of the Supremo Court or a
Judge of a Circuit Court.

C. APPEALS FROM DISTRICT

Supremo Court, shall forward without
delay to the Clerk of the Supremo
Court a certiorate of appeal, the de
cision mado, nud tho points of law up
on which tho appeal Is taken; also, the
original summons or warrant, all
vouchers and exhibits filed, and a tran
script of the testimony, also, all costs
paid by cither party to the action, with
n clear and Itemized statement show
ing by whom, and tho purpose for
which, each amount Is paid, keeping
back nothing but statutory fees and
mileage, and stating explicitly what Is

15. ADMISSION TO THE RAIL Ap
plication for admission to the bar of
tho Supreme Court, or of tho lower
courts, shall bo by petition In tho ap
plicant's handwriting, setting forth his
age, birthplace, nationality, last place
of residence nnd tho character and
term of his study. Sufficient rertlll-
cates of the applicant's good moral
character, and, If he bo a member of
tho bar of nny other court, the certlO
cato of his admission to such bar, shall
accompany tho application.
