Whereas, that there havlnE been no
place prepared for the burial of the dead as
rtqulred by law at the expiration of the
period set, October tst, 1900, and an exten
sion of time having been granted for sucli
special burial permit until cemeteries as
prescribed by lawjshould be available, and
now that such feasible arrangements are
i.n accompllsaed fact, therefore,
Resolved, that no permit for Interments
shall be granted within the city limits
except to those already .possessing burial
plots.
This regulation shall go Into effect from
rnd after the 1st day of January. A. D.,
