Quint, a graduate ot tho normal school
of San Francisco, was appointed to
fill tho vacancy at a salary of S5S per
Permission was granted Miss A. M.
I'rcscott for a transfer from Ilonokj
hau 'on Maul to tho Wallupe school,
this Island, recently In charge of Miss
Julia Hunt, resigned.
Josepli Kalama, a theological stu
dent, was appointed a teacher at ln-
nokahau In place of Miss I'rcscott, hU
