At the first of these, George A. Davis

Davis hnil been very diligent nnd there
were already foity-slx pages of fools

was about one-terith of the volume of
the work. Mr. Smith further leported
thnt overling sessions would be held
from now on. The labor Involved wns

This resolution precipitated a very
warm discussion. W. O. Smith opposed
it and stated that the charter could
not be considered piecemeal. This
view was shared by Mr. Davis and Mr.
Qllmnn. The latter moved that action
lie deferred. This was seconded by
Mr. Kaulukou and a tie vote resulted.
Another vote was taken and the motion
wns then carried.
.Mr. Stewart Introduced another
resolution to the effect thnt meetings
