In Hoffschlaeger & Co., Ltd., vs. F.
Akin, bill to foreclose a mortgage, the re
port of George Dunn Commissioner was
approved today by Judge Humphreys and
order made that the Commissioner pay to
the plaintiff all money In his possession
after paying expenses of sale, counsel fees
anj costs. 1 lie net proceeds or the sale
were 5342.91. The gooJs soil were mer

through W. H. Pain, David Dayton,

property of said corporation until further

and the finish be at Lisbon, Portugal.

lenge with the Intention of landing a win
