The dog catchers are out with their

says he finds It Impossible to compete

Baibour Lathropwho, during his all too
short stiy In the city gave Honolulu's
society people many a good time, left for
Coast In the Mariposa yesterday. There
wee a large number of friends at the
wharf to say good-bye. When Mr. Lath
rop came here a couple of months ago, he
was quite III. He said at (he time that he
knew the climate of the Islands would
cure him up and It did.
