Two new porta of entry have been
made In the Terrltury by the Treasury
Department. They nro at Lahalna on
Maul and Koloa on Kauai. Collector
Stackable has not yet decided who will
be the collectors nt the new ports but
will make his selections in a few days.

Koloa will greatly facilitate the dis

It is at present captains of foreign and
coast vessels arriving at Kauai, are
