There were seventy-seven cases In

LOST "AD" FOUND THEM
Last Friday nfternonn n gentleman
bathing at the Walklkl Inn found on
coming out that someone hud stolen n
valuable pair of sleeve links from his

cler, was going home on King street
about 5 o'clock Friday afternoon
when ho was stopped by two boys who
wanted to Bell him some cuff buttons.
He asked who they got tnem anil
they said they had found them In n pair
of old torn cuffs "and had thrown the
cuffs away. It looked suspicious and
Mr. Dlctz was sure they had stolen
them so ho bought them from the boys
for a dollar, thinking thnt he could
probably find the owner If they were
stolen. Tho nullotln lost ad did tho
rest and for tho one dollar expended
for the advertisement the owner recov
ered his property, which was worth
twenty dollars.
