under tho laws of tho Territory of 11a

way to construct and malntnln two
ditches, to bo known as tho Upper Ko
hnla Ditch nnd tho Ixiwor Kohaln
Ditch, said Upper Kohala Ditch to
begin at or about tho elevation of
4500 feet on tllo land known as Pun
knpu. nnd said Lower Kohaln Ditch
to begin at or about tho elcvntlon of
2000 feet on tho land known as Mull
wal, each of said ditches running
